Two lifts in the same building can have different AMC prices. The contract scope is often more important than the headline price.
Older lifts can require more attention because components may have higher wear, greater parts risk and reduced availability.
Non-comprehensive AMC generally covers preventive maintenance while replacement parts and major repairs are charged separately. Comprehensive contracts can include broader repair or parts responsibility depending on the agreement.
